AOO stopped opening. Tried uninstall. AOO appeared to be uninstalled. When re-install attempted, error message "Please close all Open Office windows before continuing" appears. No other windows are open, except my mail Inbox. I have tried three times with same result.

AOO works fine with all Windows editions. 

But you are in wrong place here.
