Hello,

The icons at the top right of the OfficeFolderPicker are superimposed. there should be an icon to go up one level, and another for the drop-down list in the tree structure.
an attached document shows the difference in two images, Linux and Windows

Works as designed (and identical) for me on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04:
A short click moves up one folder, a long click opens the drop-down list.

Maybe the theme on a newer Ubuntu (Suru?) does something different with the dialog.
