Screenshots illustrating issue

Prerequisite: the description below is based on assumption that "Scaling" is set to 100 %.

So before you start test below make sure that this prerequisite is met.

Tools > Options > OpenOffice > View, numeric field with label "Scaling"

1. Open Basic IDE
2. resize Watch window - use thin black verticall bar - horizontally
(without undocking) so that it takes full width. Resize it back
   to any width.
   No glitch whatsoever.
3. Tools > Options > OpenOffice > View
change Scaling value to 130 %
Notice that black vertical bar has vanished.
4. Resize Watch window horizontally (without undocking) so that
it takes full width. Resize it back to any width.
You will notice a glitch in layout of Watch window.

In attached file you will see screenshots. Damaged area is
red-encircled.

Remarks:
- In point 3. above, background color in Editor window has changed
after "Scaling" value was set to 130 % (White --> Gray 1).
I have reported this in Issue 128330 (though it may be an overt Easter
  egg).
- you may repeat the test above for any Scaling value, glitch occurs
  in any case.

Please consider this issue as absolute "NULL and VOID".

Seems I misinterpreted what I had seen on screen. But I will soon submit
a new issue related to Basic IDE, this time well founded.

My apologies.
