1. On my computer the spread sheet "row height" is .19". Under "FORMAT" my "row height" is ".19". When I add a row the new row comes in with a "row height" of ".21". The new row should come in at the same height as contained in "FORMAT".  

2. When inserting a new row(s) there should be a window that opens asking "how many row(s) do you want to add". This would make the software more user friendly.

Q1: Inserted row takes same value than upper row

Q2: If you want add more than 1 row, you must select the number of rows to insert before
