ODS file which when printed via virtual PDF printer produces PDF from which it is not possible to copy text

It seems to me that Calc is sending text to be printed to the printer as bitmap. This is not problem when printing on paper, however if you are using virtual printer such as "PDF Creator" or "Microsoft Print to PDF" to "print" to PDF this is a big problem as resulting PDF file is not searchable/indexable and one cannot copy text from it. This is happening whenever the sheet contains any bitmap image. See attached files.
Please don't suggest to use built-in export to PDF function as a "solution", because
1) Bitmap should not be sent to printer anyway, IMO. From Write it works correctly.
2) I'm using virtual printer to overcome bug #49432 in Export to PDF functionality.

New PDF with selected text ability

For me, the problem comes from your document and its inserted picture.
If I insert it at new, print to a virtual PDF printer works.

I would still consider this an issue. Why inserting a picture should prevent text from being selected?

To be considered as an issue, you must provide a step-by-step procedure to able us reproduce this.

OS: Win 10x64 Pro
Prerequisities: "Microsoft Print to PDF" or "PDFCreator" printer installed; Adobe Acrobat Reader installed

1) Open the file attached (attachment 86790 [details]; Ukázka.ods)
2) Press Ctrl+P (or goto File | Print)
3) Choose "Microsoft Print to PDF" or "PDFCreator" printer
4) Print
5) Choose a file to save resulting PDF to
6) If the resulting PDF file didn't open automatically in Adobe Acrobat Reader, open it
7) In Adobe Acrobat Reader select text from the PDF (e.g. 1st line "Faktura / Daňový doklad") and copy it to clipboard
8) Open any text editor (e.g. notepad) and paste the text from clipboard

Current behavior:
At step 7 the content is being selected as image, not as text. As a result of that in step 8 nothing is pasted, because in step 7 no text has been copied to clipboard. Resulting file form step 5 has more than 1MB.

Expected behavior:
It's allowed to select text from "printed" PDF. The resulting file is smaller as it does not contain much bitmap data, just text and vector graphic + one small bitmap.

The problem comes from inserted picture.
