after updating to version 4.1.7 OpenOffice will not start. I have done a re-install and also your fix download to make sure it is installed correctly. I have been using Open office for years with no problems until the 4.1.7 update. No error message just sits there.

Please note that this is not a typical problem of OpenOffice and it's not
