Although I can not really spot the problem (Maybe because I can not read Cyrillic) this setup is from Nullsoft Installer (NSIS) 3.03.

For Apache OpenOffice 4.1.7 we now use version 3.04.
Can you check if the problem is still visible for you when installing AOO 4.1.7?

If yes, you should file an issue with NSIS, since there is nothing we can do about it:

In version 4.1.7, the problem do not reproduce, do not recur.
