This is an observation, not a problem. I use a swedish version of OO so my english terms may be misleading. An ? is put in.
Since a month, everytime I open OO a recovery? of a certain file is displayed and when I click next "unable to recover?=återskapa" is displayed. I have worked and saved that file a few times since this started, but the reoccurance doesn't stop.
Last week I upgraded from 413 to 416 hoping that should solve it but it didn't

Why is this recover issue showing and how can I get rid of it?
I choose ui Component not knowing better

Otherwise I'm VERY satisfied with OO
