The software is stuck and a few seconds will crash

Hello everyone!
I translated this letter with google translation, so excuse me if the language is a bit garbled.
I work with OpenOffice 4.1.5.
I often save files that I write in OpenOffice Writer with a password. Please note that I am writing the files in OpenOffice, rather than in Microsoft Office.
There are many files that are protected by a password that for some reason cause OpenOffice to crash when you open them. And it also happens in the OpenOffice Calc application (although I use fewer Calc files with a password). I can not identify what these files have in common to figure out what is causing the crash. It's possible that a file is saved with a password and works well, but sometime after a few times I edit it, it can no longer be opened.
However, I discovered that OpenOffice 2.2.0 does not have this problem, and it manages to open the same files that cause OpenOffice 4.1.5 to crash! So the files that are corrupted are just always opened with OpenOffice 2.2.0.
Once I tried to take such a corrupted file and change the password (to upload it here for example without posting my password ...) - and after changing the password - the problem disappeared!
And once I tried to open a damaged file (with version 2.2.0) and copied all the content (with Copy - Paste) to a new file and saved it with a password - and again the file was corrupted! So it looks like something in the file content is causing this bug.
It should be noted that I write in Hebrew, and use a lot of Hebrew punctuation/scoring (this is all kinds of signs in Hebrew are preserved how to pronounce the word right, for example the word שָׁמַר and the word שֶׁמֶר and the word שַמִר and the word שֹׁמֶר - each has a different meaning and different pronunciation) But at Calc I do not remember using punctuation.
Also note that I use a lot of footnotes. And I do not use Calc either. But in Clac I do use comments to the cell itself.
I shot a screenshot of OpenOffice stuck on the password entry screen, as you can see in the picture - you can not enter a password, and the program itself is stuck and after a few seconds it crash.
It should be noted that along with this file - all open documents are closed without saving, and the next run shows the document recovery screen
Thanks!

You mentions some obsolete versions: Windows XP is not longer supported since 2014.

Please update with our last build 4.1.6 and use a recent Windows system.
