I was not able to reproduce this crash with your step-by-step.

OS: Windows 10 x64 Pro
Dell Optiplex 7010 with 2 monitors on VGA and display port
Graphic card: Intel HD v. 8.15.10.2639

Hm... maybe this has to do with my triple screen setup? Could I somehow debug this myself and help you with a more detailed error?

OS: Windows 10 Pro (x64), Version 1809, Build 17763.503
Screen 1: ASUS VS247 (1920x1080)
Screen 2: Belinea 1745 S1 (1280x1024)
Screen 3: Philips 200VW (1680x1050)
Screen Order (LTR): 1 (Main Presentation), 3 (Secondary Presentaton), 2
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Ti
