Error message when attempting to execute AOO application

I just loaded a new eCS 2.2 Beta machine and went to load my newest version of Apache OpenOffice (4.1.3 GA). I initially got an error reference the KLIB DLL. I found the correct version on another eCS platform and installed. The installation then proceeded without issue. Once I tried to execute the program I received an error stating missing DLLs. I read the readme file that came with AOO 4.1.3 and proceeded to download the file "AOO-4130-GA-rpm.wpi" and placed it into the same folder as the base and langpack wpi files. I proceeded to reinstall selecting all three wpi's and again it seemed to install without errors. I now get the following error when trying to open a AOO executable:

"Unable to start Apache OpenOffice!

Execution failed!  Contact technical support.

Return code: 2

Failing module:JPEG8"

@Rob:
Please note that OS/2 is not an officially supported OS as it is not downloadable from here [1]. But it's a porting that is managed by Yuri Dario on our porting webpage [2].

It's possible that you get more attention/answers when you post your problem also to the users mailing list [3].
