Two files: one PDF with the saved issue, and one ODT, with the descripted issue.

For clear understanding of the issue, please take a look at the attached document. In the header of second page, the "Chapter name" field's value has to be "Contents", when the last text styled with"head2" style is pasted.

Here is the text description:
To get the issue, first of all insert the header to your document. Now, create few new outlining styles(or use the existing ones) and go to Tools -> Outline Numbering...
Configure the appeared window so your outlining styles are used for outlining(Use 3 or more styles). Now, insert the "Chapter name" file to the header you added. Than go to the first page and write with first outlining style some text at the top of the page.("Contents" in the attached file). After that text insert the "contents table" and after contents table add enough outlined text to get "contents table" bigger that one page size(e.g. "contents table to have some part one one page, and continuation on other). Now look at the page 2 on its header. This header is supposed to be like the first text you added. But some other text is there.

P. S.: sorry for bad English.

I can confirm this issue. Maybe this is a regression since outline numbering was merged with list numbering. But at the moment I have no older versions available to test it.
