Steps how to reproduce: see "Issue 125903 - Position coordinates values should be limited to page size related useful values independent to measure value" 
steps 1 ... 10

With measure unit km: maxiumm x/y is 16000mm / 18000mm
With measure unit mm: maxiumm x/y is 190,99mm / 204,99mm

I did not check with what version this particular problem started, with OOo 2.2 with km unit no valid inputs have been possible, for measure unit mm, m the maximum values were more or less the same  (converted to mm)
