Screenshot with white line

While inserting text the entire line becomes white. This is very annoying while editing.

Steps to reproduce:

(1) Open sample presentation attached

(2) Place cursor at the end of a line

(3) Insert a blank

The problem appears on Mac OS X 10.9.3 with OpenOffice 4.2 revision 1605900 from trunk, but seems to exist in earlier revisions as well as with other operating systems too.

I am able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS X 10.7.5 with OpenOffice 4.1.1.

(1) Open sample presentation attached.
(2) Place cursor at the end of a line of text on the blue background.
(3) Type a space. The expected behavior is for the background to remain blue. It turns white.
