Created attachment 83020 [details] sample Reproduce step: 1) Open the sample file and press F5 to run full screen show, all slides will be shown with snake wipe transition 2) Resave the sample to PPT and reload, press F5 again to run full screen show Defect: all page transitions were changed to random effect * Seems current AOO doesn't support snake wipe page transition(not in the list of page transition dialog), the sample should be converted from a OO1.x file Test ENV: AOO 4.1 beta, revision 1573601, MAC 10.9 64 bit
Confirmed with AOO410m14(Build:9760) - Rev. 1573601 2014-03-03 17:47:48 (Mo, 03 Mrz 2014) Win 7
I reproduced the described defect already in OOo 3.0.0 on Windows.
I see the effect with the .ppt with MS PPT Viewer. Needhelp: --------- But do we know whether PPT does support that effect? When saving the document a warning appears that the target document format might not support all used features ...
I checked in PPT 2010, it looks that this is not a pre-defined page transition. But it doesn't make sense that save a unsupported page transition to random defect.
(In reply to Clarence GUO from comment #4) > I checked in PPT 2010, it looks that this is not a pre-defined page > transition. > But it doesn't make sense that save a unsupported page transition to random > defect. Sorry, I meant save a unsupported page transition to a random transition.
Environment: Windows 7, 64-bit Impress Version: AOO410m18(Build:9764) - Rev. 1589052, 2014-04-22 11:43:54 (Di, 22 Apr 2014) I was able to replicate the issue. Initially, I only received one random transition after conversion; all other transitions remained snake wipe. Subsequent times viewing the same converted presentation do indeed show random transitions. Converting the sample file to .ppt again and viewing multiple times in presentation mode also displayed random transitions. Reproduction Steps: 1. Open sample file provided by original reporter 2. Press F5 to enter presentation mode 3. Press Enter to cycle through the transitions 4. Press Enter to exit presentation mode 5.Click File -> Save As and select Microsoft PowerPoint 97/2000/XP (.ppt) (*.ppt) and click Save 6. Open the PowerPoint file in Impress 7. Press F5 to enter presentation mode 8. Press Enter to cycle through the transitions
