Attachment showing character spacing not visble in Text properties

Overview: "Character spacing" icon is not visible in sidebar in "Text Properties" when open a new spreadsheet document.

Steps to Reproduce:  
     1.New a Lotus Apache OpenOffice spreadsheet.

Actual Results: 
     1.A new spreadsheet is created.
     2.Character Spacing icon is not visible in sidebar.

Expected Results:
 
     1.A new spreadsheet is created
     2.Character Spacing icon should be visible.

Build Date & Platform:
  
     Build: AOO400 
     OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 

Additional Builds and Platforms:
     Tested on Windows7 Home Premium only.

As far as I know, no one has renamed OpenOffice to Lotus.

This issue was resolved when AOO 3.5 was merged into AOO 4.0.0. The latest builds can be found here:

Icon is visible and enabled when text is selected.
