Build:
AOO350m1(Build:9610)

Steps:
1.Create a file in AOO
2.Insert a TOC
3.Save it as doc format
4.Open the new saved file in MS Office


Bug:
There a 2 sections break in TOC


You can also open the attached sample file for check.

The described defect is not reproducible in current trunk version (I checked it in revision 1407421). This defect is fixed by the work for issue 119963.

verified in build 1409708 on Win7, suse 11 sp1 and Mac 10.7, no section break added
