I tried to build DEV300m106 with MSVC 2008 Express with cygwin using the same configure settings as for DEV300m100. But it does not work.
The module cairo is not enabled as default, although module pango needs cairo.h
So I add --enable-cairo to my configure settings, but cairo was not build. I had to build and deliver it manually.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.

We still use MSVC 2008 so this is not "out of date".

But the "Express" version is definitely not recommended for building AOO.
