Opening a shared file may appear "Document in use" dialog. When I have some OOo windows open it appears in one of the already opened windows. So I wait and nothing happens, after some time I have to click all the OOo windows thru to find the dialog.

The "Document in use" dialog should be a separate window, easily discoverable on the task bar.

Document in use" is not an extra windo but a dialog just like "Do you want to save". It's part of the application and cannot be displayed separately.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
