Applying Custom Animation effect "Change Fill Color" (and also "Teeter") now always changes the color to black, no matter what color one specifies.

Attached .odp page shows a doctored menu page from my Learning Games which worked smoothly under OOo.3.1.1. Rectangle was specified to change to "light gray" if you click on it; now comes out black.

Reproducible in 3.3 but works again in DEV300_m101.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
