The attached Draw file looks good inside of the Draw program.  When exported as a pdf document, either with lossless image compression or with jpg image compression, the image comes out distorted.  See the attached pdf file.  When exported as a jpg file, the image comes out as it appears in the Draw program.  See attached jpg file.

getting rid of value "enhancement" for field "severity".
For enhancement the field "issue type" shall be used.
