Since downloading first version until now when using 3.2.1 Writer first appears
with the following message:

 OpenOffice.org 3.2
 Error loading BASIC of document file:///C:/Documents%20and
%20Settings/@/Application%20Data/OpenOffice.org/3/user/basic/dialog.xlc/:
General Error.
General input/output error.
                             OK
After second clicking on OK the message disappears.
Kindly help me to understand what is the problem and how to avoid the above message.
