The title of the first slide should show immediately (115921). The video (which you can substitute with any video file on your filesystem) is the LAST item of the slide and shows fully scaled to the size of the slide. (807.50 KB, application/vnd.ms-powerpoint)

My slide has a title and a bulleted list.

In Powerpoint:
The title and the first bullet roll in when the slide is opened (animation set
to "with previous" and there is no previous so it should display immediately).

In Impress I must click to show the header and first bullet.
