Description Frank Schönheit 2010-11-04 11:40:16 UTC
Within a presentation document, when you execute a macro while the Outline view
is active, the changes made by the macro are not respected.
For instance, consider the following:
- open an Impress document
- switch to the Outline View
- execute a macro which modifies the text of the title shape of the first page
=> this is not reflected in the outline view
- switch back to Normal view
=> the title is back to what it has been before the programmatic change

The attached document demonstrates this. It contains a said macro. Running this
macro while the Normal view is active yields the expected result - the title is
updated -, running it while the Outline view is active shows the behavior
described above.

Note: The "origin" of this issue here lies in issue 33781: While implementing an
Undo API for our documents, I noticed that actually, Impress does not properly
react on programmatic Undo/Redo while the outline view is active. Which is
effectively this bug here: The outline view is not prepared for changes
happening to the document which are not triggered within the view itself.

I take the liberty to target this to 3.x :)
