I found this to be true in both 643c and 644. BiDi works well in Writer, 
however in Impress (and Calc), RTL works improperly. Even with CTL enabled, 
and RTL paragraph direction selected, words appear in reverse order. Within a 
word letters flow correctly right to left, but after a space the new word 
begins to appear to the LEFT of the first word. TO reproduce:

1.Windows xp US version with Hebrew enabled
2.643c or 644 installed with CTL enabled
3.Open new presentation in Impress
4.click RTL paragraph on toolbar, and press alt-shift or windows language 
toolbar to switch to Hebrew.
5. Begin typing. Letters flow RTL but words appear LTR.

This is a know bug which is fixed in the meantime.
The fix will be integrated in the OOo1.1Beta.
