Autotest: f_basic_formcontrols.bas

According to QUASTe this broke somewhere between DEV300m83 and DEV300m86.

Formerly it was possible to switch tab in the BASIC IDE using CTRL+PGUP and
CTRL+PGDOWN.

ab->jsk: Cannot reproduce on dev300 m91
Using CTRL+PGUP and CTRL+PGDOWN (manually) works.
Please have another look.
