In the Slidebar or the Slide Sorter, if you start a slide show using the pill
widget on a slide which is in front of the focused slide (numerically smaller
than the focused slide e.g. 3 < 7), you always start the slide show from the
focused slide. However, if you use the pill widget on a slide that comes after
the focused slide, you will start the slide show from the slide you hover over.
