I prepared a drawing of nominal size 96x96pt.  I told OOo to export the drawing
to SVG and open the SVG.  The nominal size of opened SVG is 595x841pt, whereas I
would like it to be 96x96pt, just like the original.  The bug is in export and
not in import, just examine /svg/@viewBox.

set target to 3.x since not release relevant for 3.4.
