First : if I wrote Arabic words using text box (icon show as T)
then I press slide show  .. then chose customer animation
then select the Arabic sentence .. 
in lift side :
Tasks .. 
Modify effect .. 
Add ..
Emphasis .. 
Special .. 
Color over by Letter ..
if you show the animation ..
you will be see the letter will be inverse

I modified the summary a little and I confirm the bug
