When working in Writer HTML Editor mode in the "HTML Source" view, the first 
time save is pressed after a modification to an existing file (i.e. opened 
using the Open command), nothing happens. When subsequent modifications are 
made, the save operation seems to work okay, but i'm now very sceptical and 
always double check! This does not happen in the WYSIWYG mode. Also, the 
window title displays the document title (between <title></title>) but this is 
not updated if changed in the source view (this should be checked when save is 
pressed).
