TG_DELIVER target is wrong in those directories, IMHO. See attached patch.

Isn't this identical?

$(INPATH)$/misc$/build$/so_predeliver
resolves to
unxlngi4.pro/misc/build/so_predeliver
and
$(PACKAGE_DIR)$/so_predeliver
resolves to 
./unxlngi4.pro/misc/build/so_predeliver
(I used build -p to find the variable values)
and the leading dot does not make a difference.

In theory: yes. But I have tried it several times and it fixed build
with MAXPROCESS=4 in those directories... Really :-)

This was fixed by the commits for issue #6915.  Marking as duplicate.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
