is it possible to get xml SOURCES of russian translations? We've
waited long until sources of english translations were released. It'd
be good if russian open source community had access to sources of
russian translations too.

Hi Peter,
please ask the dev@L10N list. My understanding is, that there is a
hacky helpcontent l10n framework, but not based on XML sources.
