1. New doc
2. Move to B2
3. Select Window-Freeze
4. Move to A5
5. Insert Comment & try to type something

You can not see text cursor (caret) in comment field.

Editing comment have no cursor too.

I can confirm it with OOo 3.2 on Linux. 

Please look issue 106935.

Yup. Comments are very difficult to edit when they overlap the freeze border. Sucks.

I can confirm with AOO 3.4.1 on windows XP, but this has always been a problem on all platforms and versions, including all versions of LibreOffice. The first suit to fix this is the winner.
