In Draw's Drawing Bar there is two icon/button with same tip/name "Ellipse".
One, the simple one, is by default at the bar. The other one, which opens
complete Circles and Ovals toolbar, can be activated by customizing. It shows
name "Ellipse" as tooltip and at the Commands selection list in Add Commands
dialog. Also in Help page the name is in singular. For more convinient using I
suggest that the tool tip/name for this icon would be Ellipses.

Set developer difficulty to "easy".
