On OS X, the mouse cursor doesn't disappear during presentation. It normally
should be hidden like with other operating systems.

Actually the mouse pointer is visible on other systems as well. The settings
under slide show/slide show settings/mouse pointer visible have no effect.

I just tested it on Windows 7 with OOo 3.1.1. After a few seconds (~ 5 sec.) the
cursor disappears. When I move the mouse, it pops up again, and disappears again
after a few secs. On May, it's always visible.
