I get the following message after starting one of the OO (en) modules (writer, 
calc, impress, global, math, draw and HTML-editor):

Soffice has caused an error in TL641MI.DLL
Soffice will now close

Restarting the system doesn't work. Repairing the installation (setup -repair) 
also does not work. This problem occurs after installation of OO in Safe Mode 
(solving issue 10491).

I've installed OOo 1.0.1 in save mode. No problem to start any OOo
application, not in save nor in regular mode.

I also can't reproduce with 1.0.2.
