In Draw, insert a rectangle, enter some text. Change text anchor to
left-aligned, increase the "Distance to left border" a little bit. This works.
Try to increase the left distance more to let the text move outside the shape.
This is limited to the right border of the shape. It is not possible to move the
text e.g. with a distance of 1 cm right to the shape.

I agree that this is a limitation that some might want to remove. But it is not
qualified for a 3.3 target as this is the behavior that OOo always had.
