Screen does not follow the mouse cursor when user try to drag the graphic from 1
place to other.

Step to reproduce:

1.Start Openoffice Draw
2.Import a graphic or copy and paste a 'screen dump' into Openoffice .
3.Try to use mouse to drag the picture to the edge of the screen.
4.User will find out the screen doesn not follow the the mouse cursor and

I followed the steps of muno0328 and had the same issues as well as others.
After you 'screen dump' an image and drag it up you lose your image and if the screen size is adjusted the contents in the screen are not adjusted with it. This would help make using draw easier if it were fixed.
