trying a rebase, I get this:

Warning: web service unavailable. Trying backup server.
ERROR: Connection to EIS database failed.

cws: ERROR: Child workspace notes9 for master workspace DEV300 not found in EIS
database.

EIS SOAP interface is working fine currently, probably a temporary network problem?
Reassign to EIS master :-)

can´t reproduce. SOAP interface and web interface work fine. Tested via internet
connection from home and from sun - both no problems found.
