We need X11 audio support for 101Final.  Because Darwin may not have adequate
audio support by itself, audio output in 101Final may be limited to OS X systems
and will use OS X native APIs that do not exist on Darwin.

1)  Will need to isolate any OS X native code and fold out to a dylib that gets
loaded on-the-fly
