Create an interface and code to bring up alternate open/save using Mac OS X
native code to give the OOo interface more Mac OS X consistency and familiarity.
 Code will need to be encapsulated in a dylib and loaded at run-time so we don't
break a pure Darwin system.

I believe that Ed and I have decided to punt this one completely.  We will not be
implementing this at this time for the X11 port.

Closing as WONTFIX.
