step-by-step

open a new spreadsheet
write text in a cell
mark the cell and try to move the content via mouse -> didn't work

write text in some more cells near by
mark all cells and then move the content via mouse -> this works

=> inconsistence working - bad usability

I cannot reproduce that on system Windows XP with version OOO310m9 (Build: 9396)
One cell contentis mooving in the same way as group of cells

@Mechtilde : in case of only one cell, you can mark two adjacent cells and
unmark the second by returning to the first ; then only one cell is highlighted
and you can move it via mouse.
Another way to mark only one cell is to shift+click.

I don't know if it is the required behaviour.
