Ah... Michelle says we received a copyright form from Eric. One of his 
email addresses  is: Eric Savary <eric.savary@on-line.de>.
But this is the same, i think,  as the es on the user list who has a Sun 
email.
His privileges are limited to the Whiteboard project.

Both Erics are same guy.  He's volunteering for user_faq on his own time though
and not as an employee of Sun.

I have no problem with his work on the user_faq, but I think he shouldn't be
mention on the copyright_approved page.

You mean: because if he is, all sun employees (and collabnet ones) should have to then fill out the copyright form? I agree with your reasoning.
So, even if Eric is doing this on his own time he is governed by the clauses of his status as an employee?
