Use attached database created in OOo 3.0.1, open form, go over input fields help
text shows.

Open it in DEV310m4, no help text shown, when check it in properties text in
properties field.

I forget to set WinXP, I only tested on it.

hmm, cannot reproduce - OOo310.m4, Windows XP

I tried on opensuse 10.3 i586, and not working in 310m4. 
Go over input fields with mouse pointer, in 3.0.1, help text shows, in 310m4, no
help text.

On Ubuntu 8.10, DEV310m4 help text works.

I checked with WinXP SP3 and OOO310m4 and the help text where displayed with bugdoc.

I removed Dev-OOo, deleted all installation and user folders, and installed m6
again.
The help text working.
