steps to crop an image
Sorry, I am very, very tired... Of course the point I am trying to make is: All the functionality is there! The OOpeople only have to repack it and possibly do something about the "convert to bitmap" bug (?) that shows an additional line at the bottom and to the right of the converted image. Of course it's also a feature request and not a defect And if someone will point me to the right direction, then I will try to write a macro for this myself and contribute it... I use the cropping feature quite often to cut screenshots for presentations and images from the internet that I want to include in a presentation (maybe that's why I am so obsessed with this functionality?) b. Please consider re-testing with one of the latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed. Either use the recent stable version: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html or consider trying the new OOo 3 BETA (still in testing): http://download.openoffice.org/3.0beta/ Please report back the outcome so this Issue may be Closed or Progressed as necessary - otherwise it may be Resolved as Invalid in the future.
