Clicking Help gives an error popup. Closing the popup gives a SYS3170 with a process dump.

Error message is a module located in F:\PROGRAMS\OPENJDK\bin\client\jvm.dll
Sounds like a Java issue.
Are you sure that library is not corrupted?

Maybe reinstall JRE first.
