trying a rebase, I get this:

EIS SOAP interface is working fine currently, probably a temporary network problem?
Reassign to EIS master :-)

canÂ´t reproduce. SOAP interface and web interface work fine. Tested via internet
connection from home and from sun - both no problems found.
