Right click on the row header.  An option is "Insert Rows".  But this option
only inserts one row - either the title should be "Insert Row" or (even better)
a dialog should appear that prompts for the number of rows to insert.

First mark several rows, i.e. mark rows 2:4, then right click and
insert rows will insert 3 rows before old row 2.
I leave this issue open for your request for a dialog.

Issue was raised a very long time ago, marking as a duplicate.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
