Description fatbat 2006-07-01 15:28:07 UTC
I print an address on a DL envelope using an epson color 660 printer.

The font is 12px bitstreem vera serif.

The address is cut - incomplete printing of address.

It looks like there is only the first 50% of the page than can be used -
according to the tests I made just now.

Not good for an address with a long line, as this means that the left hand of
the address is up against the left of the envelope.

To be honest this has always been the case with OO - no matter what version or
platform.

Generally, I open a new page (a4) or open an existing page (a4) and either
produce a new letter or edit the existing letter/page. When complete I copy the
to address and click on the top toolbar "insert -> envelope". When the dialogue
opens I paste the address I have copied into the adressee section. Then I click
the "format" tab, and proceed to adjust the position of the addressee address
using the controls. At the moment they are set to "from left: 4.90cm. From
top: 4.50cm. Envelope: DL". Once complete I click the insert button which is
on the bottom of this dialogue box/control.

I then proceed to print only this page - which has been inserted as the first
page - from the print dialogue.

The rest you know.

Cheers
