Summary: Table/Table Properties dialog should have an Apply button
Product: ui Reporter: skelem <steve>
Component: uiAssignee: AOO issues mailing list <issues>
Status: UNCONFIRMED --- QA Contact:
Severity: Trivial
Priority: P3 CC: issues
Version: OOo 2.0 Beta

Hardware: PC
OS: Linux, all
Issue Type: ENHANCEMENT Latest Confirmation in: ---
Developer Difficulty: ---

Description skelem 2005-09-05 19:45:26 UTC
If I want to change an attribute of a table in Writer (e.g., outside border), I
have to
1. select the table
2. select Table/Table Properties (or ALT-a, ALT-b)
3. change one property, e.g., borders
4. click OK
If I need to change another attribute, e.g., inside borders, backgrounds,
position, I need to do steps 2-4 again.

It would be a lot easier if there were an Apply button, which would apply the
changes, but not close the dialog.

I'm not the original reporter, but I also see the lack of an "apply" button as
a big problem
